I am an award-winning CEO, NED and Board Advisor, with 20 year’s experience leading and operating some of the UK’s most recognisable consumer lifestyle brands, including OKA, Soho Home, Neptune, Cowshed, Sweaty Betty, Albion Nord Soho Skin, The Outnet and The Littleloop.

I currently hold roles as Chief Customer Officer at OKA, Strategic Advisor at Albion Nord and is a member of YOTPO’s Advisory Board.

I specialise in driving rapid Growth, developing highly commercial Brand and Product propositions and transforming organisations through my innovative thinking and meticulous execution.

I am recognised for my ability to create positive and productive cultures, build outstanding teams, streamline process, optimise performance and lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious commercial outcomes.

Originally from the North West, I am now based between London and Hampshire where I live with my two children and husband Marcus.
